Refund policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, contact us at support@happysnugglez.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Items that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
